Only watched the second half and it was such a borefest. I heard the first half was even worse. The only positive thing is that our defence is improving. Sunny had a good game and maybe he should be a starter over Albelda for the rest of the season. As for the most frustrated thing, it must be our player's time wasting and diving in the last 15 minutes. We were trying to DRAW WITH OSASUNA! No wonder we end up in the midtable.

Valencia 0 - 3 Athletic Bilbao, Liga J14

Same shit again. Lack of confidence. Lack of creativity. Lack of motivation.
Everything went wrong after we conceded first. We never comeback.

All the players are underperforming, including Villa. Big signings in winter? Won't help I guess. Kind of hopeless at the moment...:(

Racing Santander 1-0 Valencia, Liga J13

This team is going nowhere with Angulo and Canizares still starting. That was savable!
We wanted to draw anyway. :( This is bad mentality. How possibly could you win a match when your first shot on goal came in the 80th min?

It's not that we were unlucky not to draw, we played bad to lose.

也不知道是Aragones運氣好給他賭對了
還是老頭身體裡的戰術天才突然被激發出來了


這場比賽,西班牙真的打出了近年來最漂亮的足球

從名單上看來,還是Aragones最近用的很順的4-3-3

Silva --------------------- Iniesta
----------Xavi ----Cesc-----------
-------------Albelda--------------
Capdevilla ---------------- Ramos
---------Puyol -- Marchena-------
-------------Casillas--------------

但實際上,卻像是一個4-1-4-1
在單後腰Albelda跟單前鋒Villa之間
擺上四個特點類似的playmaker:Silva,Iniesta,Xavi,Cesc
(沒錯,Silva也是一名前腰,在瓦倫是因為Vicente受傷,他才長期客串左邊鋒)
而Iniesta,Xavi,Cesc這三人更是師出同門
如此讓這四人在中前場自由地作配合,帶來的就是超級高的控球比例
雖然彼此特點類似,靠著適當的寬度控制,不但沒有衝突感
頻繁的交叉跑位,反而能迷惑對方的防線
(連四人中唯一左腳的Silva都有出現在右翼過)
最後造成如此的絕對佔優,根本就是把瑞典打好玩的,total domination!

回想起06WC西班牙的4-3-3
前面放三個前鋒(Torres,Villa,LG), 中場三人有兩個是防守型(Xavi,Alonso,Senna)
結果就是中後場不斷的導腳,無法與前場作聯繫

後來Aragones改打回兩翼齊飛的4-4-2,重新啟用Joaquin
但能搶點的前鋒只有Moro (很久以前還有個Tristan,西班牙好久沒出這種前鋒了)
左翼除了Silva之外也沒有其他適當的人選

於是大概是trial and error吧
一路蛻變到現在的"四前腰"打法
沒想到竟然被我們看到了flowing football at its best

當然這套打法還是有缺點
由於中路較於密集,兩個邊後衛的壓上與回防就很重要
右邊的Ramos狀態極佳沒有問題,左邊目前暫時的答案是Capdevilla
但是由於這場瑞典的兩翼沒有造成什麼威脅,邊後衛的回防問題暫時沒有體現出來
如果遇到兩翼比較強而且打4-2-3-1的球隊,像是法國或葡萄牙
不只是兩個邊後衛的回防,包含後腰的補防能力,都有待考驗
事實上現在Albelda的狀態已經逐年下滑,Senna也不是個長遠的辦法
西班牙還有沒有年輕的硬朗後腰可以頂上來是個急需找到答案的問題 (Zapater?)
老實講以Albelda退化的速率來看,到EURO08時他絕對沒辦法踢單後腰的

都一路講到這了那就連後衛也來吧
Aragones一直喜歡用Marchena,但他其實根本就是一個不定時炸彈
其他的選擇像是Pablo和Albiol,本季的狀態都不好
但我覺得他們兩個其一跟Puyol搭配才會是最好的中衛線,都有待繼續試驗就是了

anyway,目前這支西班牙
又再度在會外賽的尾聲,帶給球迷無限的想像與希望
GOLTV的灑狗血主播Ray Hudson昨天在轉播中也說
"西班牙主宰比賽的方式,讓瑞典看起來像法羅群島"

The Football Factory

基本上這就是一部Trainspotting rip-off

從一開場,主角那段Mark Renton式的自我介紹
整部片就一直在Trainspotting的影子底下,沒有走出來
無趣的中產階級生活,沒有目標的人生,該找什麼樂子,在什麼地方尋求解脫?
Mark Renton選擇海洛英,而Football Factory的主角Tommy Johnson,選擇了足球暴力

第一場戲其實還算節奏緊湊有張力
主角在內的這群Chelsea球迷,去Tottenham的地盤揍人
也讓觀眾見識到足球流氓的打架方式...嗯,沒有什麼不一樣

然而接下來就是漸漸失望的開始
hooligans平常的生活方式,不懂足球的女朋友,幫派內的勾心鬥角,甚至長輩的道德勸說
基本上都是了無新意,大部分時間就只是看著角色們cunts,skunks,bollocks的罵來罵去

而大約在全戲1/3的地方,就已經宣佈了最後的高潮所在
就是Chelsea-Millwall兩隊死敵之間的對決
反而讓觀看者慢慢感到不耐煩,只想趕快知道最後會發生什麼樣的大戰
也使原本就拍的不怎麼吸引人的主角內心的掙扎,以及和他grandpa之間的互動,顯得多餘

更糟糕的是,真的到了全戲的高潮,卻發現只是一場人數比較多的大亂鬥,多麼一個失望
而且足球場出現的時間,總共加起來大概不到10秒鐘(都是球迷進場的畫面)
如果真的是這樣,這兩群人平時找一天就可以打了吧,何必一定要等到比賽當天?
事實上整部片出現"在草皮上踢球"的唯一一次,竟然是小朋友們的練習賽
或許不該把它當成足球電影?

不認識這個導演(Nick Love),但他的功力我想是有待加強,不夠真實的暴力場面
角色們缺乏個性,且普遍演技不到位,快節奏的剪輯也幫了倒忙
應該要緊張的地方,像是主角在廁所遇到Millwall幫的那場戲
或許是觀看者早已知道主角會全身而退,也或許是太多close-up,竟無緊張之感

而電影開頭的那場"I almost had you" 實在是跟Goodfellas裡面Joe Pesci的經典片段太像
像到都不知道是致敬還是抄襲
更誇張的是,到了電影後段,一樣的手法竟然再來一次! 劇本沒有別的東西可以寫了嗎?

當然這部片也是有good moments
我喜歡Rod跟他女朋友的一段
"Don't tell me you'd rather go to football"
"Well, I am male"
"But my parents only come around once every few months"
"Yeah, Millwall comes around less than the eclipse, babe"


我覺得這部片最可惜的地方,就是沒有拍出足球流氓與整個社會之間的關係
整部片都是在"圈圈內",無法讓觀眾了解他們的邊緣化程度
唯一的一次,就只有他們在打群架時,一個婦人從旁走過,向著他們大喊
"You fucking animals! You give this fucking country a bad fucking name!"
是我覺得全片最具衝突性也是最棒的一幕


最後我想問,hooligans真的都穿pringle和burberry嗎?

適時的誤判

所謂的適時,當然不是指中華隊靠著誤判贏球
而是給鄉民們一個思考的機會
當我們老是憎恨韓國人靠裁判贏球的時候
自己在主場也來了這麼一次

"這樣贏球一點也高興不起來"
"誤判是比賽的一部分"
"誰知道有沒有誤判啊? 根本是轉播單位沒拍好"

選邊站吧,然後跟與自己不同的聲音開戰
至少這可是咱們鄉民們最擅長的

Good to see Albelda lifted his game, this IS the performance from a captain.
Villa finally got his 1st and 2nd goal in La Liga this season, long way to go.
And most importantly we played with spirit, which we've been lacking for almost the entire season.

Congrats to Koeman on his first win in Mestalla, though it was still a debatable squad.

Now we're level with barca! ;D
